With the Cheltenham Festival next week things are getting even busier here and yesterday was the start of a busy week. Our vet Jeremy Swan was in. Jockey Willy Twiston-Davies came to ride out.
We also had The Cotswold Film Company in to film Any Currency and Any Currency is thoroughly enjoying all the attention as always !
Ross Hemming and his team from Leisure Ride Group (our sponsors) were here yesterday and again today and we are so grateful for all their hard work. Having already done plenty around the yard including a new walkway for the horses to ensure safety for both the horses and any visitors, they are now putting a new drive way down and it is starting to look fantastic. Very exciting.
Thank you all for your comments on our new website – we are very proud of it.
This morning we’ve had Georgia Keegan here from Back on Track who have allowed us to use their fantastic kit on the horses. Any Currency in particular has a fabulous pair of hind boots whilst he is in his stable overnight and they seem to be helping him. Once again he enjoyed plenty of attention. The sun has shone all morning and it really feels as if Spring is on it’s way.
Belinda’s late mother Kathy always said that the daffodils were always in bloom by Festival Tuesday and yesterday, which would have been her birthday, the daffodils on the roadside below the yard began to sprout.
