Martin’s Blog 7th February

We were greeting with a white covering again this morning and very cold too. The horses just did steady canters today and as Ludlow was called off our day changed and it left Issy and Alfie in the yard to ride more out. Such a shame to lose Ludlow as I was keen to run Brillare Momento and Lady Vitesse but after looking at the forecast over the last couple of days it was going to struggle to be on so it wasn’t a surprise.

Brillare Momento is now declared for Towcester tomorrow (1st preference) and Huntingdon (2nd preference) so hopefully one of those will be on.

Champ (Alfie) led Reve (Harry) schooling on the loop this morning. We are thrilled to have organised for Yogi Breisner to come here again and this time give all the team a schooling session too which is really exciting. They will all gain a lot from that I’m sure.
