A frosty few days and pretty cold here but always even more stunning – sunny crispy mornings. The horses seem well and we’ve had a few people in to help riding work / schooling this week. James Best has been in along with Kai Lenihan and Patrick Cowley too. Patrick has re-joined Laura Morgan as conditional and it was good to catch up with him.
Although no runners tomorrow, a busy Sunday with Mozzaro & Sarasota Star going to Carlisle and Capricia heading to Leicester. James Best will partner Mozzaro in the bumper, Rex Dingle, who has ridden good winners this season for part owner Jon Hughes, will partner Sarasota Star in the Conditional Jockey’s hurdle and Capricia will be partnered by Lilly Pinchin.
