Work morning and Andrew Tinkler, Warren Marston, Ollie Garner, Mark Caswell and Harry Stock all in to ride out. We worked Miss Condi, Enforcement, Cotswold Prince, Ballymountain Boy, Solstice Star, Viking Mistress, Chequered View, Brass Monkey, Papal Bull 4 year old. All the rest did various canters or swinging canters. Some are still just walking and trotting.
Michelle Folley and Malcolm were here to watch Brass Monkey and make a plan for him. Great to see them both as always and they were laden with bags of carrots for Monkey which I’m sure the rest of the team will share too!
Those of you who listen to BBC Radio Gloucestershire may have heard Belinda live yesterday as Farrier Nick Partridge had passed on the ‘Phone with no Home’ to her. A fun feature and she needs to pass it on to someone entertaining for Tuesday’s programme…..!
We are off to celebrate the wedding of Emms Churchley, who many moons ago helped us out with our point to pointers, and Jason Medcroft, Farrier to Trainer Ian Williams, today at Badsey. It should be a fun day and hopefully the sun will shine on them both.
