Martin’s Blog 1st March

A busy day yesterday and good to meet up with Julian Muscat from The Independent newspaper who came to visit us to find out about all things Any Currency!

Last night we took the boys to Cheltenham Town Football Club to watch their match against Carlisle. Freddie was a mascot as his birthday present and it was a fantastic evening. He met the Manager and asked him to play Danny Wright, who started on the bench, and he brought him on (obviously listening to Freddie!) after 61 minutes which Cheltenham had dominated and had plenty of attempts at goal without scoring. Within 5 minutes Danny had scored the winning goal and made the day for both the boys. A great match and we all look forward to going back on Wednesday 19th April for the Injured Jockeys Fund Charity Match where an A P McCoy 11 take on a CTFC Legends 11. Tickets still available.

Jamie Watson from Betfred TV here this morning to film Any Currency for a feature before The Festival. Any Currency showing off as normal and absolutely loving the attention. 2 weeks today.

We worked plenty on the grass and they are all looking well in their coats and pleasing me. Warren Marston and Andrew Tinkler in this morning.

The website is nearly finished and we hope to launch early next week if not before. Watch this space.

Off to Cheltenham now for me for their Weights Launch and Lunch. Nick Luck is hosting and it is always a fun and informative gathering.
