Martin’s Blog 18th May

Glorious here this morning and looks set to be a sunny week too. Everything is growing so I’m busy with the mower and the strimmer and we are struggling to keep up with it all!

It was my mum Sue’s birthday yesterday and Belinda and I organised lots of friends and racing folk to send her a video message which I collated into the most fabulous video and we couldn’t wait to send it to her. She was as excited as we were with it and completely blown away and wants me to thank everyone that took the time to send her a message – a birthday present that money couldn’t buy and it totally made her day. Perfect.

Maggie Turner, one of our physios, back in today observing all the correct procedures with protective equipment. Nick Partridge in too trimming feet in the field and checking those in training.

Our family are looking forward to Half Term next week and a break from home schooling! There were a couple of ‘teacher training’ days last week as we are moving house (only to next door but it’s still pretty full on!) and there wasn’t time for home schooling too! As always though the boys are learning plenty of hands on skills helping me out in the yard
