Schooling morning and James Best, Sean Bowen, Finn Lambert and Patrick Cowley in to ride out and we schooled Mr Mafia, Found On, Mozzaro, Capricia, Back On The Lash, Dreamsundermyfeet, Samtara, Ben Buie, Pay The Woman, Ten Past Midnight, Windy Cove, Brianna Rose, Duke of Luckley, Herecomeshogan, Spanish Present, Forecast, Western Safire and Kazontherazz. A very productive morning.
Matthew Baker and Paul Davis were in to watch along with Richard & Ashley Scott who were enjoying a Morning on the Gallops.
Big Nasty heads to Cheltenham today under Sean Bowen for the Peel Racing Syndicate in the Arkells Brewery Nicholson Holman Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase. He’s in great form, has a light weight and should enjoy the good ground. A race at Cheltenham we’d dearly love to win. Good luck Big Nasty!
We had supper last night at The Farmers Arms in Guiting Power and, although we’ve often popped in for a drink, it was the first time we have eaten there and it was delicious and we can highly recommend it.
